The first supportive franchising that creates jobs for young people and offers products with high technological value and training tools for breeders.
The Farm4Trade Cafè aims to be a place to promote the use of Farm4Trade applications and offer free services and training tools to farmers. Namibia is the country chosen for the pilot project that will be operational by the end of 2018. The first Farm4Trade cafè will be broadly supported by an agreement with the Faculty of Agriculture and Natural Resources of the University of Namibia (UNAM) to collaborate on the implementation of the project in this country. We will work together in preparation and execution of the training activity for farmers. In order to do that, we will involve and give job opportunities to students to promote the activities in their community; we will also implement a support system for Namibian farmers.
The Farm4Trade Cafè will therefore be a solidarity franchise whose aim is the implementation of a “Youth Entrepreneurship Development Programme” with a view to lasting, inclusive and sustainable economic growth. For the first pilot project, in addition to the technological and management know-how, Farm4Trade will provide all the means necessary to promote, start and grow the Farm4Trade Cafè.
